Returns Policy Procedure

1. If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact me by email or phone within 7 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price.
2. We will acknowledge your return request within 7 days.
3. You shall ship the item back to us within 3 days of the acknowledgement: The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and it must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, with our tags and identifying marks intact.
4. We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.
5. After we have verified the returned item is as originally sent, We will issue a full refund within 3 days.
6. For the protection of both company and buyer, when making a refund it will be done via the same process as we received the funds.
